Our presence at any physical location is strictly as a third-party vendor. Any issues regarding the venue's management, entry policies, or general operations are separate from our specific hookah services.

3. Age Requirements

Our services involve tobacco-related products. You must be at least 21 years of age to book, purchase, or use our services. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification at the time of service delivery. Failure to provide ID will result in service refusal without a refund.

4. Reservations & VIP Bookings

• Reservations made through this site are for Hookah Services only unless otherwise specified.
• Table placement and venue entry remain at the sole discretion of the host venue's security and management.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Health Warning

By using our services, you acknowledge that herbal or tobacco-based hookah smoking carries inherent health risks. 305 Vip Hookah is not liable for any health complications or accidents arising from the use of our equipment or products.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and digital content on this site related to 305 Vip Hookah are our exclusive property. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our brand identity is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
